New Course for Superintendents
Does Your School District Have Directional Ambiguity or Directional Clarity?
TeamWorks launched its first digital course this year, specifically for superintendents and aspiring superintendents: Leading School Districts With Intent, Influence and Impact. In this course, participants learn the three most common challenges facing school district superintendents and how to begin addressing those challenges through careful examination, partnership and use of TeamWorks’ proven process tools.
Who is this course for?
It’s for all of you superintendents and aspiring superintendents who want to learn or refresh your superintendent skills in a way that works with your busy schedule. Whether you:
- Want more clarity in your leadership and planning
- Are seeking alignment among your administrative team
- Wish implementation of your strategic plan was more robust
- Have a strategic plan on paper only and wish the plan was more meaningful
- Want a better way to engage with students, staff and families about planning and big decisions
- Don’t have the time, or bench strength, to attend an out-of-town administrators conference (or don’t always find that the content is what you need)
Then this digital course is for you.
How does it work?
The course includes three modules with approximately 6 lessons per module. Lessons are less than 10 minutes. A new module will be released two weeks after the previous module. The course will last 6 weeks. It will also include:
- Course reflection guide for your notes and plans
- Worksheets and supporting materials
- Organizational assessments for school board and superintendent
- Proven FrameWorks to guide your thinking and action
- And more!
CEUs will be offered through the Board of School Administrators (BOSA).
