To support school districts in improving the experiences and outcomes of students, families and staff - bridging the difference between What Is and What Ought to Be.
All districts and schools are unique. We take the time to really know our clients and their communities. We conceive and design custom pathways, acting as co-learners with our clients because we believe students, families, staff and school leadership teams bring the necessary insights and perspectives to create the most constructive, sustaining changes.
Our experienced consultants are life-long learners that adapt to meet clients’ needs, recognize their pain points and provide support in their change-leadership journeys. We invest deeply in our clients’ success, and have developed a series of proprietary tools to support leaders and organizations through complex situations and environments.
TeamWorks was founded by Dennis Cheesebrow. Throughout his career, Dennis has been committed to the power of partnership as an essential foundation of professional relationships, structures, and systems in organizations and communities. His passion for coaching, managing and innovating has resulted in the core beliefs, practices, and intellectual property that TeamWorks is built upon.
